What sets Eastland Homes apart from other builders?

Our goal at Eastland Homes is to make the best quality fit and finish entry level homes available for everyone. Our decisions as a company are aimed to create the best homes for our customers, even when those decisions cost us more in the building process. We recognize those are our decisions, so those costs don’t get passed to the buyer. We trust our quality, pricing, and customer service will continue to create the reputation we want in our community. We’d love the opportunity to speak with you. Please call or email us anytime!

What is multi-use cash and how does it benefit me?

Multi-use cash is our gift to you to use in the way that best suits your needs. It’s our concession as a builder to help you financially achieve your dream of purchasing a new home. You can use this multi-use cash to either buy down your interest rate or use it towards the closing costs of your new home! Either way, this is a great way for you to take your next step in making your family's dream home a reality.

What’s the first step in buying a new home?

We want to make the best entry level homes affordable for everyone. First, we’d love to show you our homes, so we’d encourage you to schedule a tour. We don’t require anyone to be pre-approved to schedule a tour, so we’d love to walk our homes with you. Secondly, you can call or send us an email, to start speaking with someone about where you are in the process and the next step to take in purchasing a new home.

How much is an Eastland home?

The price of an Eastland home will depend on the size of home you choose. Our goal is to make the best quality fit and finish entry level home available for everyone looking to buy their first home, or their next home. Call or email us anytime to ask about our pricing!

Can I buy an Eastland home even if I don’t have a great credit score?

The short answer is yes! The type of loan you’re applying for will determine how our preferred lender can help you. In some instances, our team can assist you in purchasing a new home with a credit score of 500. Call or email us to get you connected with our preferred lender!

How much will I need to put down and how much will my closing cost be?

Down payments and closing costs are determined by the loan you’re applying for and the purchase price of the home. While Eastland Homes does not finance loans, we do work with a preferred lender that could assist you in answering these questions. If you don’t have a lender, call or email us so we can connect you with ours.

Can I finance a home loan through Eastland Homes?

Eastland Homes does not finance loans, but our preferred lender would be able to help you with the loan process. Call or email us to help you get connected!

Can I use my own mortgage lender or do I have to use yours?

We recommend using our lender because they are familiar with our process, but it’s not necessary. Our lenders are extremely knowledgeable and strive to give you the best rates and incentives, but it’s ultimately your decision about who you would like to use.

What warranties come with an Eastland home?

Every Eastland home comes with an Aces Builders Warranty, which is a tiered 10 year warranty. The first year covers general conditions for issues not created by the home buyer. The second year warranty is for electrical, plumbing, and certain aspects of the HVAC system not created by the home buyer, and the remainder of the warranty is a 10 year structural and foundational warranty. As with every warranty, there are details outlining the specifics of each of these tiers that we would love to talk to you about. Call or email us to ask questions!

Does Eastland build in areas with an HOA?

Eastland Homes does build in some communities that have HOAs; however, the cost is affordable and does help maintain a level of upkeep for the neighborhood.
